Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.
What payment methods?
All major credit cards, plus invoicing for annual plans. Securely processed through Stripe.
Do you charge per user?
No. Never have, don't intend to start. Add your whole team at one price.
Do you charge per system in fleet?
No. Other monitoring vendors charge roughly $95 per install plus a monthly fee. Fleet management is included in your subscription.
Do you charge per quote?
No. Send as many proposals as you need. There's no metering.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your designs and data stay safe for 90 days after cancellation in case you come back.
Can I import existing data?
Yes. CSV import for clients, leads, and equipment. Your account manager helps with the migration.

Yes. Send proposals from proposals.yourcompany.com instead of ours. Included on every plan.
